Access Space

A ground-floor wheel-chair accessible arts space, with accessible toilet facilities.


32 Cambridge Street, Sheffield, S1 4HP [map]

An arts space and bar on two levels, both levels with accessible toilet facilties. Internal access between floors is via a flight of stairs. Step-free access is around the outside of the building, with step-free ramp to rear. Please note, for Sunday's Sonic Pattern event, both floors of the venue will be used - there is no internal lift, so please be aware that the step free access between the two floors will require travelling the full length of the venue. Estimated distance between the First Floor (Jara Room, Stardust Bar) and the entrance to the ground floor is  around 70 metres.


Pinball Square (opposite Site gallery)
1 Brown Street, Sheffield S1 2BS [map]

This is an outdoor public square with step-free access. Nearby accessible toilets are available across the road in Site Gallery.


Sidney and Matilda
Rivelin Works, 46 Sidney St, Sheffield [map]

This is a ground floor art gallery with step-free access. Accessible toilet facilities are planned, but due to delays with building control will unfortunately not be ready in time for the festival. The nearest accessible toilets are opposite in the excellent Birdhouse Tea Bar & Kitchen.


Site gallery
1 Brown Street, Sheffield [map]

This is a ground-floor art gallery, with wheelchair-accessible galleries, cafe and toilet facilities.


Winter garden
90 Surrey St, Sheffield [map]

This is a indoor garden with full step-free wheelchair access. Accessible toilet facilities are available on the lower floor of the adjoining Millennium Gallery, via lift. For more information, see the AccessAble guide.
